This is the home page for the North Village Condominium Association.

The North Village Condominium Association (NVCA) is a mandatory membership organization established for the
maintenance and improvement of commonly owned real estate property.

The NVCA is also a volunteer run, non profit organization that maintains the community bylaws and financial
solvency, by determining if the condo fees are adequate to cover expenses.

The North Village Condominiums are located at the Villages of Five Points in Lewes, Delaware. We are located
towards the back of the Village; the five condominium buildings that surround a beautifully, fountained pond.
